All TCMs must be installed by professional mechanic into the actual, unmodified, vehicle (whose VIN) it was ordered for. All TCMs must be returned in same condition as they are received. Any alteration to the TCM, which includes opening or (re)programming it, voids the warranty. If you damage the case (break the brass rings or snap off the mounting tabs on the connector, etc) the TCM cannot be returned. This is our part warranty, not an Ebay return policy.
