1994 1995 Honda Accord 2.2 EX AT ECU 37820-P0A-A51 Engine Control Unit

ECU is throwing a code 4 for CEL. Sometimes it start up with no problem and sometimes it start up and shut off right away and sometimes it doesn’t start at all. This could be an easy fix if you are good at soldering and has a steady hand. I think one of the capacitor is bad in the ecu. Its either c14,c15,or c16..im assuming its one of them or maybe not.
