What is your warranty policy? All sold units are fully tested and covered by Extended Lifetime Warranty which applies only to the original item purchased and limited to only one claim. After one claim, the warranty is exhausted. Sold units will be inspected for any damaged components upon return, voiding all warranties where components are proven to be damaged by the buyer application. Do I need to ship you the original module from my vehicle? For certain sales, the return of the original defective unit (the “Core”) to ARES Technologies will serve as a condition for the activation of the Warranty. A return authorization number/return label is provided in the package with your purchased unit.
